How do I create a blueprint with multiple pages?

How can I create a blueprint or a template that will create a parent page, along with several child pages associated with it?

There was a feature request for this a while ago, but it looks like it's not being considered.

There is some java programming that you can use in order to get this done as seen in this answer:

And if you don't want to get into any programming and have the funds, the plugin from @EPS Software Engineering AG is great :) .

Maybe the App Page Tree Creator could be a solution. You find it on the marketplace. Here you find live examples (no registration needed).
