How do I create a repository for storing files that contain notes on various processes?

I want to be able to utilize a repository in confluence to store notes on various processes in confluence. This way when someone new is hired we don't have to just rely on the person who knows how to each process. Rather the new employee can just reference the files from the repository.

The short answer is to use Confluence as it is intended. The longer answer is to create a space, create some pages, and then direct the new hire to the space. Cheers!
