How do I create an automatic organogram chart as powerpoint?

I would like to create an organogram chart as powerpoint in Confluence but I'm not finding how to do it. I find a lot of chart templates but then I can't see the heiarchical tree of the diagram. In powerpoint I can modify the texts of the heiarchical tree and the chart automatically updates, if I delete a level the chart automatically updates and so on.
