How do I enable the Confluence Like button?

We use Confluence in the cloud edition. Users want to use the Like feature (described here https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/likes-and-popular-content-724765328.html), but I am not able to activate the system add-on "Confluence Like Plugin" within the admin panel, the add-on appears greyed out with no option to activate it.

I think you'll have to contact Atlassian support directly to be able to fix this issue: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
