How do I enforce a 2FA as an admin?

• As an administrator, how can I trigger the 2 factor authentication for all users. How do I proceed? Could someone help me?
• If someone forgot his password or lost his phone, how to support the user as admin?

Hello Lea, 

By default, Atlassian doesn't have a built-in 2fa.

To increase the security you can use:

• Atlassian access
• Two-step verification like Google auth 
  • https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/
• 2FA app from the marketplace
