How do I find graphic attachments with a certain filename?

I am trying to consolidate the scattered copies of various logos in our Confluence instance.  But I can't figure out a good way to search for them.  I can limit the search to attachments, but that gets me mainly attachments with the word "logo" in the text.  I tried using the known part of the filename as a title search, which did not work.

Is there a way to search across spaces for all items with a given filename or partial filename?

Hmm.  Specifying logo.jpg found some of them on the 3rd or 4th try, but not all.
