Welcome to the Community!
The answer is probably that you need to ask your administrators or space owners about it!
I think you've clicked on "help with Confluence" which brings you to the Community here, instead of a "help with my access to our Confluence" thing.
Not following. Lost me on the whole "help with my access thing"

Sorry. I know I'm a bad writer at times.
Allow me to rephrase it as a story:
You are using a Confluence somewhere, and you've named three spaces or pages within it that you don't have any access to.
So, you know you need help, and you've looked around the screen and found a link for "help with Confluence", which brought you here to the community.
But, we're not your administrators, and what you really wanted to do was find and click on a link to getting their help (which may not actually be there, as some people don't enable it on their Confluences)
As Jack says, your best bet is probably to ask other users of the Confluence who the space owners or administrators are. I'd usually start with the people who asked you to use it!

Hi @James Foster as Jack and Nic mentioned, you should be reaching out to the confluence administrators for your access on the site or to space admins for access to specific spaces (though confluence admins can also help in this case). Its best practice with admins that they put instructions on the Login page/dashboard about how to contact them for support, please see if you have any info published there about how to get access/contact admins etc.

Hi @James Foster , access to pages are granted by the administrator or the page owner. Do you have administration rights? If you are on cloud you can click on the lock icon to assess the permissions and restrictions.

I would start by talking to your peers especially if one has a lot of history on your confluence instance. Maybe your IT department administrators the solution.
