How do I get to Space tools > Configure sidebar in Confluence Cloud?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configure the Sidebar

I want to get rid of items in the sidebar and make it more usable. The referenced documentation says I can do this by using Configure the Sidebar in Confluence Cloud. Does anyone know where this option is? All I can find is an option to let me add content above the page tree, but nothing shown in the documentation for configuring the sidebar.

There is a gear in the bottom corner of the sidebar that Space Tools. There is also another area called Space Tools. This documentation should be updated to make it clear which Space Tools to click. When you are in the Space Tools admin area, there is no Configure Sidebar option.
