How do I give someone Site admin?

How can I remove or add someone to have Site Admin permission?

Hi @Roberta Day ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you're the site admin, go to the https://admin.atlassian.com URL and add them to the "site-admins" group

I opened a ticket, CA-2501974, because I have 2 accounts, one with my original domain and a second with my new one.  I would like to remove the old one, so only my rday@firstlight.net is active.
