This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Links
I have been able to do but can't remember how I did it. I have tried different browsers and copy-pasted onto the page. I have used the link feature, but can't seem to duplicate it. Basically, we would like to add a path that the user can click on and it will open the file server path in window explorer when we can connected to the network. Currently, they have to copy the path and paste into windows explorer. There are a couple that I created where I can click on the link and it does open windows explorer. I just can't remember how I did it.
Hello Mick,
I figured out a work around. I copy the server share path into a new outlook message and make it a hyperlink, then I copy and paste the hyperlink onto the confluence page. I have to create the path as a hyperlink outside of Confluence to get it to work.
Thanks,
Heidi
Heidi, I've followed the link to the Atlassian docs page, but there is nothing on that that shows you how to link to a server. Did you get this issue resolved? Cheers.
