How do I make tabs on the header in page

I am trying to make a header on the top with tabs that correspond to the pages that I will use.  How do I make these.  I did it before with a macro but cant remember the name i think it was card or something like that can you assist.

I suspect you were using the card and deck macros from the Composition add-on or possibly Navitabs
