How do I reference the page title in my document

I'd like to have the page title show up as text in places throughout the page 

Page Title = "Requirement #1"

Heading 1 = Summary of [Page Title]

Resulting in...  "Summary of Requirement #1"  when displayed

This feature is not native on Confluence but you can achieve a similar result to what you are looking for with the add-on "Page Tree Creator" under tags features.
