How do I search all the content in Confluence Questions?

Hello all,

I am using the cloud version and I am really puzzled about how Questions search results are determined. 

Examples:

1. The first question shown under, "Recent" has the word, "hangs". When I enter into the search box "What do you want to know?" the word "hang", the question is found in the drop down suggestion. But if I add the entire word, "hangs", the question is no longer found. 
   
   
2. If I type a word for which I know there should be hundreds of questions, only a few appear under suggestions. How do I actually search the entire Questions space?
   
   
3. The "Ask question" is positioned where one would expect a "Search" button. It confuses a lot of users who type in a search criteria and then accidentally click, "Ask question". What up with that?

1. I could replicate the behaviour on our test instance, and the following bug report was opened on this issue:

- CONFCLOUD-59754 - Confluence Questions: search can't find words in plural (or with a final "s")
