How do I set headings within the pagetree in the sidebar view

We are looking to separate our content using headings instead of creating parent pages. What is the best way to do this.

There are no macros or apps that do this - Confluence does not support changing the structure of its urls.

I'm not looking to change the structure of the urls, I'm looking to add headings above groups of pages.

you can't out off the box. Not sure, if there are apps in the marketplace for this.
