When toggling the allow Confluence access, the user is put into the group "confluence-users". At first this is fine, I can't see other spaces and such when I hit the URL.
After I click on Create button > I am able to see ALL spaces now and data in these confluence pages.
What's the best way to restrict users/groups to certain spaces only? They should be able to edit, create within those spaces only.
It looks like "confluence-users" is required for someone to be able to get into Confluence at all.
Hi Barbara, I didn't fully understand your question, the group confluence-users is the standard group so they can access the application, other than that you have to create groups with special permissions or restrict it directly in the space, page etc...
I will leave this page as a reference.
Hope it helps.
