How do I setup the 3 bars icon in the confluence title

I have Confluence and JIRA

I have setup application links so they share a user base

I can link JIRA issues to confluence

I don't have the "3 bars" icon in the title bar to switch from Confluence to JIRA and back

This ghas to be a "Silly config" but I can't find it

While it is specific to JIRA, the same concepts apply. The location of the Application Navigator set-up in Confluence is: General Configuration -> Administration -> Application Navigator

The "3 bars" icon is usally called hamburger icon or menu. The menu item in the admin configuration is called "Application Navigator" and can be found here:

http://jira-or-confluence.example.com/plugins/servlet/customize-application-navigator
