How do I stop notifications going to team members from a space page?

Tools > Manage Watchers > remove relevant users

You need Space Admin rights to manage watchers.

Thanks Peter but a little more detail would be much appreciated.  I have a tools bar in the space I have created but I don't see Manage Users?
