How do I tell if my Confluence users are actually using Team Calendars?

We have 100+ confluence users and I feel that most of them don't use Team Calendars.

Yet we are paying for 100+ people to use team calendars.

How can I find out how many people are actually using team calendars?

Is there a way to only pay for the people that actually use it, instead of paying for every confluence user?

Thanks,

Nathan

CCM is correct that the licensing matches the user tier of Confluence, as with other add-ons.

There is an add-on for Server called Calendar Insights with good reviews on the marketplace to get insight into usage. I haven't used this add-on, but might be worth checking out:

Thank you, I didn't realize another plugin existed to look at my calendar plugin... too bad it also costs money :-( .

If you have confluence server you can run some SQL against the database and see how many unique users are creating entries - don’t believe there’s a way from the UI but happy to be corrected.

Either way, the problem you’ll have is that the addon license count has to match the application license count. Eg: You can’t license Team calender for say 50 users and confluence for 200.
