How do I turn off the caption prompt

I have used Confluence for years but am a bit rusty with the new features. How do I turn off the annoying caption text suggestion?

That prompt is part of the image config bar, I did not find a way to turn it off, I agree it's a bit large and it's already on the config bar under the '...'s .  Maybe a marketing ploy to get more of us to use alt text?  It does let you preview the image w/o publishing the page, which is a nice feature.

Yeah, this is incredibly frustrating. I wouldn't even mind it if it were just always visible, because at least then it wouldn't be popping in and out depending on where your cursor is, shifting the whole page's content up and down with it. This behavior is even more frustrating because of the unmovable content menu that also pops up below it, which obscures further content. And dealing with all of this when putting images into bulleted lists is a whole additional layer of insanity.
