How do I turn on Collaborative Editing in Confluence Server?

We have Confluence server instance with 6.0 version and could not do collaborative editing.
Collaborative editing is Enabled.

"could not do" does not explain what errors you are seeing, or what happens when you try to edit.  Could you give us some more information on the problem?
