How do free up storage space

I have this notification: 

Action required. You won‘t be able to create in Confluence soon, unless you upgrade for more storage or delete 0.3 GB of files by November 07, 2023. Upgrade to Standard

I have deleted files that are close to 1 GB and purged them from trash but the notification won't go away. 

Please advice on the effective way of freeing up storage space in confluence.

Please note that the available storage is not adjusted immediately, it can take up to 4 hours to update the storage usage in Confluence.

The Deployment Type on the post indicates that the Cloud product is being used.

I don't believe there is a storage limit in Dat Center products since those are self-hosted and limited only by the capacity of the hosts on which you install the product.
