How do i add the dropdown list in table?

I have the ALM Confluence installed in our servers

I created a table and wanted the users to choose the LOV for that option.

I see Forms macro but i am unable to see Forms - Dropdown List

I created custom templates but i am unable to create '/var' as specified in one of the site
