How do i pull a full report of what contents is on there

I look after the HR space and i want to know a full list of all the policies and documents that are currently on there

Using Page Tree macro should do the trick.

@Eleanor Walsh The Page Tree macro will work if your pages represent the policies and documents. 

If you want to find documents attached to pages in the space, you can go to Space Settings > Manage Pages > Attachments to see all attached files. If someone added a Label on each file when they uploaded it, you can use these to filter the list. If not, you can add Labels yourself on this page to help you out in the future.
