How do users know there's new content in Company hub?

Do users get any kind of notification when content is new or updated in Company hub? 

If not, how will they know when there's new content to see? Do they just have to remember to drop by every so often?

Welcome to the community. You could ask your users to watched the space that they need to get notified whenever there is a new content published. Alternatively, you could also create an automation to send a notification for users.
