How do we enable Atlassian Intelligence in Confluence?

I have been seeing the Atlassian Intelligence icon in Confluence pages for some time now. I mentioned it to our admin so that he can opt-in, and this was taking time.

However, when I then accessed a test instance where I have admin powers, I realized that I'm unable to find the opt-in in admin.atlassian.com.

Can anybody help? Does this somehow change when we're based in the EU?

You should opt-in fro early access.

I did and have been granted it.
