How do we get the same editing rights of the parent page to be automatically applicable to all child

We have restricted the editing rights for parent page. So, my team can able edit parent page. I have applied editing restriction for one of the child pages. Where my team not able to edit the child pages. My Question is

1. One who is having editing restriction for the parent page will automatically inherit to child pages right?

2. If not then how can we fix that.

How do inherited restrictions work? 

View restrictions are inherited, which means a restriction applied to one page will cascade down to any child pages.  Edit restrictions are not inherited, which means pages need to be restricted individually. 

The restrictions dialog will tell you when there are inherited restrictions that might affect who can view your page.

Here's the basics:

• If you restrict viewing to a person or group, only they will be able to see that page and all its child pages (unless there are further restrictions on the child pages).
• If you restrict editing to a person or group, they'll be able to see and edit that page, plus see its child pages.
• Parent pages (higher up in the page hierarchy) can have their own view restrictions that may prevent people from viewing your page. 

 Atlassian has created very detailed document to understand Page Restrictions.

We are using confluence data center.

@priym Yes this third party plugin available on Atlassian Market place and it is available on all the deployment type.
