How do you approve the pages in Confluence 4.0?

Hi,

The Approval plugin doesn't work under Confluence 4.0 and Ad Hoc Workflows is too expesive and complicated for us.

Question: what's the option? Is there any plugin for approving Confluence 4.0 pages?
