We have a small, but very old, Confluence Cloud site from a company we acquired (2017 usage). We want to migrate their spaces into our main corporate Confluence Cloud site. The only option we appear to have is to export space-by-space and import them into our main site.
However, none of their spaces have the export (or most any other) option available. The site was standard plan, then converted to free when everyone was migrated to our main corporate site.
I have converted the site to standard and premium trials, and the only thing that happens is that any new test spaces (in Free, Standard or Premium) have the space settings options I would expect.
I also can't move pages out of a space, as we tried to make a new space then simply move the page contents over. Despite me being an org admin it says I do not have permissions to delete pages on this space.
Any ideas on how to convert a space to the newest schema so that they can be exported?
Solved. On a lark I decided to hunt through all the settings that I did have on the old spaces. When I got to restricted pages it said I needed to switch to admin key to view them, but that is only available via Premium. So I switched the site to Premium Trail (again), then went and used admin key. At that point all of the spaces started displaying all of the current option set, including export.
