How do you have spaces listed in the header bar? So that they are listed no matter where you are?

In my previous company we used Confluence as a knowledge base and the most important spaces were listed in the header bar where they always resided.

How do I achieve this?

For now, when I create a space, I have to go to the 'Space' dropdown to access it. I need to have spaces always visible in a header that is always present.
