How do you link to a tabs page within the same page?

I have a page with multiple horizontal tabs pages. I would like to have a link at the bottom of each tab that takes a user to the next but I have been unsuccessful using the steps outlined in Confluence Support documentation. Thank you for your help!

What app are you using to create the tabs as tabs are not native to Confluence. There are a number of apps to create that functionality and knowing which one you use would help is seeing if there is a way to do it.
