How do you publish a public link page with a jira report?

I need to publish a Confluence page that contains a jira report.

Hi @Mark Pedersen 

Public links should be enabled by your confluence admin, in order for you to publish a public link. After that I presume that you just add a filter inside the confluence page and just post it. Is that what you are trying to accomplish? If not, kindly provide more context.
