How do you set due dates on incomplete tasks from meetings

When creating action items in meeting notes how do you set a due date that will display on the incomplete tasks from meeting display on meeting notes?

Have you tried inserting "//" into the page where you want to put a date in?

If i use the / and then select the date it will then publish on the incomplete tasks.
