Database - Oracle 12c,

14Gb Ram in confluence-server

There's no way to do a simple calculation on that.  It depends on far too many variables, and almost all of them would have to be vague guesses at how long something might take, which would compound up together to such a vague number, it would be of no real use.

The only way to get a number for an estimate, you need to test it.
