How populate multiple spaces without clicking/entering title

Hello I am migrating from Samepage (sharepoint alternative) cloud app. I have over 50+ folders or spaces to create. Wanted to know if anybody have a tip/trick in doing this? Please advise ..

Thank you for contacting us. Your team might be able to automate something using the Confluence REST API to create pages.

Alternatively, you can see if there's a solution for you on Atlassian Marketplace. I had a look to see if there was anything in terms of Samepage migration, but there was not.
