How show in page properties raport row from tabel (tabel include many columns and rows)

Damian Czernik January 3, 2019

Hi,

I would like the show in page properties report row from the table (ex. 3 columns and 3 rows)

Column 1 | Column 2 | Column 3

Row 1

Row 2

Row 3

When I use page properties report it to show me value only from the first row.

Site title | Column 1 | Column 2 | Column 3

XYZ | Row 1

It is possible to show all row from a table?

Site title | Column 1 | Column 2 | Column 3

XYZ | Row 1

XYZ | Row 2

XYZ | Row 3

Thanks for the help.

Hello Damian,

I think I have a solution for your use case if you use Confluence Server or Data Center. The Table Excerpt Include macro supports multi-export from pages by labels starting from the version 5.0.0 of the Table Filter and Charts app. The new version also includes a new macro: Table Transformer that provides merging tables and any other kinds of table transformation:

1. Insert the Table Excerpt macro instead of the Page Properties macro, set the 'Excerpt name' parameter, and place the tables within the macro body on every page.

2. Add labels to the pages.

3. Add the Table Excerpt Include macro on the page where you want to have a data table and select the option 'From pages by labels', specify 'Excerpt name' and 'Page labels' parameters.2019-03-28_18h22_47.png

4. Wrap the Table Excerpt include macro in the Table Transformer macro, use 'Merge tables' preset to merge all the tables in one.

Hello there!
Thanks for sharing your questions with the Community Damian.
The Page Properties Report macro expects that Pair of Value and Label are inserted into the Page Properties macro so they can be shown in the report. So it will always show the first row:

Page Properties Macro

Page Properties Report Macro

If you need multiple rows from a single page, you can workaround this by inserting multiple Page Properties macro in the same page:

It should be shown like this:

Let us know if this helps out!

Hi Diego,

Thank you for answer. It is helpful. Is it only one method? This method is problematic when you have 10 or more rows.

Hello again Damian!
Currently, Page Properties and Page Properties Report Macros work only with two rows: one for the label and another for the actual values. Adding multiple Page Properties Macro is the currently available workaround to work with multiple rows.
