Im currently using JIRA and Confluence Cloud. Initially, i was thinking of using Comala and Scriptrunner to automate the ticket creation in JIRA, based on approved documents in Confluence.
Although this is possible for server/data center editions of JIRA and Confluence, it doesnt seem available for the cloud versions.
How do other organisations using cloud overcome this issue? Are there other ways of implementing the desired workflow via other methods?
