How to Collapse Content in Confluene

How do you collapse content in confluence? The option that existed previously is gone. I'm working on my newsletter and need to collapse it. Any ideas? When I highlighted my content in the past I'd just click the + buttons and this was selected in the dropdown. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, TIA!

Have you tried already the Expand Macro? https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-articles/How-to-use-expand-collapse-sections-in-Confluence-Cloud/ba-p/2850926 

I agree it is missed off of this list - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/what-are-macros/ but I just checked in my cloud instance and it is there.

You still can do that, but in Confluence Cloud, you have to type "/," not "+," like it was on Data Center 

You can use the built-in Confidence expand, or if you need more advanced functionality for better branding and customisation, you might try Mosaic for Confluence
