How to Develop a Confluence App for Extracting and Searching Workspace Pages?

Hi

I'm looking to develop an app in Confluence that can extract all the pages from a given workspace and upload them to an external location. Additionally, I want to implement a search feature where users can ask questions about the uploaded content and receive relevant answers. Any advice on the best approach to achieve this?
