Are you or is your company the owner of the site https://hivestreaming.atlassian.net?

In this case, you're accessing a Confluence Knowledge Base from the Customer Portal of a service project, so you don't have access to the "backend".

You would need a Confluence license and access to that Space to see more details.

Correct, as long as you're not given a Confluence license, you won't have access to Confluence itself, you can only view the pages via the customer portal.
