Wonder if any Space Admins know how to activate permissions option to give users Custom Stylesheets for Spaces?
Top level admins in our organisation can see the option but it’s greyed out.
We’re trying to follow the initial steps of this support article to turn on custom CSS for one of our Spaces: Styling Confluence with CSS.
A Confluence Administrator will not be enough, you will need a System Administrator within Confluence to do this:

Security Configuration

External user management
Append wildcards to user and group searches
Enable Custom Stylesheets for Spaces
Show system information on the 500 page
