I am trying to replace(Add/remove) the AD groups for set of Confluence spaces, is there any way to achieve it by using any scripts?

Unfortunately there are no Rest Api for this purpose (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-44329) but there is a workaround in the linked ticket.
