How to add comment in page history

Hi all,

I know the usual Page History macro but it lists all the modifications of the page and it is impossible to filter.

Previously I used a macro slightly different which allows filtering using the presence of a comment.

Unfortunately, I do not find this macro anymore.

Do you have any idea?

Hi Cecilia, 

I don't think I remember having seen this macro on Confluence. Do you remember which deployment you had when you used the macro you're mentioning? Or you can check the three first apps here.
