Can you please confirm which hosting type you are using ? Cloud or Server ?
The iFrame macro lets you embed a webpage inside a Confluence page.
Thank you Kishan! I did not see iFrame macro when click on '+', I searched on 'Select macro for 'iFrame', no result. But I do see HTML and HTML Include. Maybe I can use them to add iFrame. I just need to get permission to add HTML, right? Please confirm. Thanks

The link I shared was for Cloud. I think you are using Server/Data Center version, in that case you will need to use HTML Macro to insert iFrame. You can refer this link for detailed steps.
