Previously on the old page editor, i could add table filters, and expand views within the table of contents. How can I do that now?
The way i structured the page:
- All my headers and their respective content is inside the "Table of contents" macro
- there are tables that I wish to add filters to, and also i would like add the "expand view" macro for the content under those headers.
How do I do this in the new page editor?
Hi @Ronald Kwan ,
If by filters you mean the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro, then we talk about our app.
As @Pramodh M mentioned before, the New Cloud Editor doesn't support macro nesting (for example, Expand within the Table Filter macro).
So to make your big tables more user-friendly, we can suggest using pagination - there is such option in the Table Filter macro.
Hi there,
As this Community question concerns our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, we are happy to introduce its new macro – Table Spreadsheet.
The macro allows you to work with fully functional Excel spreadsheets right in Confluence. You’ll be able to use cells’ formulas, filters, conditional formatting, etc., create pivot tables and charts from the page view&edit mode.
The Table Spreadsheet macro is available for Cloud and Server/Data Center.
