How to anchor a link with recent updates (no advanced link options)

Please show me how to create an anchor and link the anchor with the most recent updates to Atlassian.

Errors;

-no anchor showing in page in editing

-no advanced options to add in #anchor name

You don't need an anchor for the Recent Updates for Atlassian, you simply add a link pointing to it.
