We have a meeting with a client. We are using Confluence meeting notes. Therein are Action Items that can be assigned to Confluence users by using the @ symbol.
How do we assign an Action Item to our client, who is not a Confluence user?
You can mention someone who is not part of your instance, especially on cloud. You can mention a customer on a JSM project, just because someone placed him as a customer.
Unfortunately, if your customer doesn't have a license, you can't mention him/her.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
