How to automatically apply template?

I would like to apply the "How To" template to all pages under the How To page. Is it possible to enforce this at least initially?

Content creators might forget or ignore the "How To" template that was created for this purpose. We'd like to auto-apply it somehow or at least make it more visible (promoting it doesn't help much as it stays below the global templates).

Not aware of an auto-apply option One way of making more visible is to add it to the home page of the space. You can use the template macro buttons and provide context on the home page  to inform users to use this button when creating a how-to page
