I am creating a report page in Confluence. I want to have a table where I will aggregate different data.
I want some cells in the table to show only the total Story Points of the active sprint.
Is there a way to achieve that?
Hi @Stan Mykhailenko ,
We can suggest the app that we develop - Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence.
You can insert the live Jira Issues macro on your page and wrap it in the Table Filter/Pivot Table/Table Transformer/Spreadsheet from Table macros for further calculations and aggregation (to sum story points by Sprints or whatever you need). The result table will be also live and reflect the current Jira data.
Here is our documentation regarding the available macros. And you may always book a live demo if you are not familiar with the app.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
I'm afraid that this is not possible with the Confluence default macros. Most likely you will need a plugin from Atlassian Marketplace.
In case you want to try a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers all you need for this.
Probably the best option here would be the Advanced Issue Filter Formula macro. This macro lets you calculate count, sums, percentages, etc and display them in confluence pages. Its option Display Mode: As inline text you will let you nicely embed it in your table.
The same app offers also a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart macro that will allow you to generate advanced stats by multiple fields in form of tables, heatmap tables or charts of various types.
