How to change the colour scheme

I am new to the configuration of Confluence... I watched a training video recently and in this it shows there are at least 10-15 items that you can configure the colour of. We only have 2 options. Does anyone know how to change this?

I think the tutorial you watched is either for Confluence Server or for an older version of Confluence Cloud.

I don't believe you can customize much of the new Confluence Cloud experience.
