How to change the logo and branding of confluence to our company name and logo for public spaces? 
I want our LOGO + Company name to our public spaces.

As a Confluence Admin, navigate to Confluence Administration -> Look and Feel -> Customize Navigation.

Navigate to Confluence, cog wheel to reach Settings, Look and Feel section.

If you wanna go all out, like we did with our Documentation center, you can use apps such as Scroll Viewport (that we're using because it doesn't need anonymous access enabled in Confluence spaces to create public sites), or one of the theme apps that put a theme skin over your public Confluence.
